- The Services are provided βas isβ and may contain errors, omissions, or typographical errors or may be out of date. π―
- The Services may change, delete, or update at any time without prior notice. π
- The user's personal and system data may potentially be at risk from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other Hazards. π₯
- The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18 and registration for those under 18 is only allowed with parental guidance. π
- Providing false information can result in suspension or termination of the service use. π
- User must keep their username and password confidential and are responsible for all activities under their account. π³
- Unauthorized use of the userβs password or account should be immediately reported. π* The user agrees to solve disputes individually, not as a part of a class action lawsuit. π
- If a court doesn't agree with the class action waiver outlined, arbitration provisions will be void. π
- Both parties can take legal action to protect intellectual property rights. π
- Both parties can seek relief in small claims court for related disputes. π
- ICC can seek equitable relief without a bond, security or damage proof in case of irreparable injury. π³
- The user can opt out from the arbitration and class action waiver provisions within 30 days. π
- If the user opts out of these provisions, ICC is not bound by them either. π°
- ICC will notify users of any major changes to this section 30 days ahead. π
- New changes apply only to claims arising after the 30th day. π
- The first arbitration and class action waiver section apply if this subsection is deemed unenforceable. π³
- The services appropriateness, availability or legality in a specific location is not ensured by ICC. π±- Users are not allowed to use data mining, robots, or similar tools to extract data from the service or content. π¬
- Users must seek additional licenses for further uses by contacting the provider. π
- All rights not explicitly granted to the user are reserved by the provider. π
- Users cannot reproduce, display, distribute, transfer, sublicense, sell, or exploit the service or content on third-party websites, for the benefit of a third party, or for any commercial purpose without written consent. π¬
- Users can only use the services as permitted by law. π
- Licenses granted by the provider terminate if the user fails to comply with terms. π
- Users must return or destroy all original and copied content upon termination. π
- The services, site information, and content are owned by the provider or licensed from third-party service providers. π
- All intellectual property rights related to the services belong to the provider or respective third parties. π
- Users cannot reprint, republish, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or distribute any portion of the services without express written permission. π
- Users cannot reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, sell, distribute, license, or create derivative works with respect to the services. π¬
- Users must not remove any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property notice. π
